A miracle of geological patience, this cluster of spirit quartz stalactite seems carved by the very silence of time.
Formed in deep cavities of the earth's crust, in areas where the conditions of temperature, humidity and mineralization were perfectly aligned, the crystallization took a vertical, columnar shape, like some mineral stalactites. From the bare walls of a cave, silicon molecules gathered drop by drop, forming radial and compact aggregates of fine crystals, like needles of light frozen in an upward movement.
The name of "spirits" it comes from the likeness of these formations to a frozen crystal bush or an explosion of ethereal forms – a seemingly static but alive, subtly directed energy. Depending on the place of origin, these clusters can have slightly pearlescent, milky or warm-toned shades, but always show a glassy sheen and a remarkable structural delicacy.
