This pendant is made from natural tiger eye and cut into the classic pi donut shape. The polished surface highlights the shades of brown and gold, as well as the optical effect specific to the stone, known as chatoyance. About the eye of the tiger
Tiger's eye is a variety of quartz, composed mainly of silicon dioxide (SiO₂), with a hardness of approximately 6.5–7 on the Mohs scale. It is especially valued for its bands in shades of brown and gold and for the characteristic shimmering reflection that moves across the surface of the stone depending on the angle of the light.
